The Magnificence of Niagara Falls

Japanese Garden Sonnenberg

The first garden we toured at Sonnenberg was the Japanese Garden. Not much was in bloom but the setting is lovely.

Roses at Sonnenberg Gardens

Located in Canandaigua, New York, Sonnenberg Gardens are 50 acres of gardens that offer you a view of the Gilded Age in Upstate New York. I was particularly entranced by the Rose Garden.

My Rose of Sharon blooms

I have three Rose of Sharon bushes in my yard to the east side of my house. I put them in to allow us a little privacy. All three of them are different colors, pink, lavender and white. Here is how they currently look.
